Our Story

Since 1985 our founder, Kern Judge has experienced every aspect of mobile, in those 35 years we had PMR, TACS, ETACS and the standard we have adopted globally GSM.
Kern has worked at all levels within the industry and developed an unparalleled know-how on the solutions he has now decided to share.
In 2005 he launched with West One Technology a world’s first in store take back solution that legitimised the purchase of used mobiles, by 2008 created “Trade In Manager” Europe’s largest EPOS based device Trade-In system (TiM) archived presence in over 3,000 stores providing exclusive services to Carphone Warehouse, The Phone House and Argos to name a few.
In 2009 after expanding into much needed new premises, Kern’s vision of remanufacturing Apple iPhones became a reality. 2011 saw the launch of a 9,000 Sq Ft Trading warehouse in the heart of Hong Kong trading hundreds of thousands of devices on a monthly basis.
In 2013 Kern crossed the border and partnered with China Unicom to create the world’s largest Trade In platform supported by TiM.
2015 saw the opening of a new 35,000 Sq Ft custom built facility, dedicated to processing and remanufacturing to support our Trade In programs and Insurance partners. Later that year Kern opened a chain of retail stores in Spain for the sales and repair of mobile devices.
